Older women who do it worse sex, explains a new study

A great new study connects poor sleep quality with newly defined "female sexual dysfunction" in older women.

But if you are an older woman who does not understand enoughquality to sleep,A new study comes from publishing said that there is yet another reason you may want to decrease earlier in the evening and adhere to better sleep habits: you probably have a little worse sex, assuming you have at all.

According to the study,Published inMenopause, Official Journal of the North American Menopause (NAMS), women who get a sleep of insufficient quality canFind out what researchers describe as a form of female sexual dysfunction.

The study analyzed the quality of sleep, the duration of sleep and the "sexual function" of more than 3,400 women of an average age of 53 years. In the end, the researchers concluded that the poor quality of sleep - and not necessarily the duration of the night's night - was linked to a greater risk of female sexual dysfunction. "Good quality of sleep, on the other hand, was linked to sexual activity," said the studyofficial release.

The study also found that women who slept less than five hours per night had a greater probability of having "sexual problems".
