We talked to Sydney Greene, a licensed dienett and owner ofGREENE HEALTH LLC, which ranked these boxes at least in the healthier and shared copycat recipes on how to make healthier versions at home.
"In general, I think Starbucks has wonderful options for people who are traveling and need something that is not only fast and easy but keep them fed to their next meal," says Greene. What does it understand?
