Pieces of glass have been found in this grocery store, FSIS warns

The pieces of glass were found by an employee during production.


A public alert was issued by the Food Security and Inspection Department (FSIS) for four Taylor Farms pretal bowls. An employee found glass during the production process, however, the Taylor Farm bowls were always shipped to Supermarkets in San Antonio and Houston, Texas before the alert was issued.

The glass alert is not an official reminder "because we think that products are no longer available for consumers to buy"According to the USDA. However, if you bought one of them, you should not eat it. Throw it or return it. The alert mentions these bowls with a "P-34733" or "East. 34733":

The four meals are located in a black plastic bowl and a clear plastic film. The packaging also has a certification inspection stamp of the USDA. At the bottom of the meal, it is said that it is made with "pride and care of" the grocery chain based on San Antonio H-E-B. But the official alert does not mention a specific retailer. There is no injury declaration of premature bowls.
