Who said you have to have a complete Turkey on Thanksgiving? Cook these Turkish wings for a smaller crowd instead!

So it's fun ofRoasting a Turkey for Thanksgiving Year year after year, having a 20 year old doll, Turkey for a small crowd can be incredibly overwhelming. Not to mention all this inevitablefood waste! Instead, why not exchange roast and enjoy this bow turkey wings recipe?

Chicken wings are probably a more popular wing to grab in the store, but you would be shocked how cheap (and easy) it is to find Turkey's wings in your local supermarket. The wings of Turkey are significantly larger than chicken wings, usually ranging from about 4 ounces per wing. This makes Turkey wings an easy to throw protein together for any night because a wing is the perfectserving size!

We all know that the wings are preferred when they are crisp, so we put the recipe together the best turkey wings. Not only that, but you can get them crisp by cooking them in the oven!

The trick for the wings of Crispy Turkey

It may seem strange, but believe me on it. If you even want crispy Turkey wings, place them on a cooling rack on a deep pastry plate. Yes really!

The separation of the meat to be in contact with the pastry plate will help make the wings even stubborn as cooking in a casserole dish. Instead of sitting in turkey studs, wing pins will catch in the deep cooking sheet. This will make the crisp wings all around!

However, I am still a fan of cooking of Turkey's wings in a casserole dish and let the drops create delicious and juicy turkey wings. Try both ways to cook them and see which you like more!

Record drops for an easy recipe to turkey sauce

Once you have finished doing wings cooked in Turkey, save the drops of Turkey's wings to make you a homemade sauce. To make a simple sauce, simply whipping a little butter and flour in a small saucepan, then slowly add the drops and chicken broth.
