More than 66% of people would do this type of intermittent fasting, a new study says

A new study suggests that this type of diet is best for the majority of people.

The intermittent fast is not for everyone, in fact, there are many people who shouldavoid this type of diet, like those with diabetes and pregnant women.

For those who are otherwise healthy - and have the time and resources needed to follow an IF style plan - this type of food pattern can help you improve and even help you in weight loss efforts. The only problem is that it's not an easy way of life to adopt, especially if you have an incoherent or busy work schedule. However, the new research carries the type of if diet that most people can be comfortable.

On anew study from the University of Surrey and published in the newspaperAppetite I found that, from 608 respondents, more than 400 thought they could reduce their three-hour feeding window if clear health benefits were associated with practice.

For the context, the majority of the study participants reported usually having a food window (alias the time window in which they eaten food) between 10 and 14 hours on working days and working days. However, their willingness to participate in a restricted feed schedule has decreased considerably because the limited feeding window has increased.

Specifically, only 20% believed that they could reduce their feeding window of four hours or more, while 85% believed they could cut it just 30 minutes. There are different types of diets, the most popular includes the 16/8 method that calls for fasting 14-16 hours and eating between a window from 8 to 10 hours a day.

There is also an alternative game game method, which usually allows you to eat normally for four days of the week, then a few hundred calories over the next few days. In short, there are many methods of theIf diet You could follow, but the key can be to tire in the food motif by gradually decreasing your 30-minute restoration window at a time.
