How it all started

In those terrible moments, doctors directly recommended the amputation of both legs, but there was any possibility of being able to save the left, so Lauren did not agree to cut it. Unfortunately, the sequelae did not stay there and about 6 years later, they also had to amputate his left leg.

Terribly indescribable pain

Although the young woman has vague memories of some of those fateful moments, she believes that this was due to the attempt to protect her heart from suffering another infarction, which would have been catastrophic.

Lauren remembers having suffered extremely intense pain, which compares with the attack of a shark or similar. He kept crying and screaming and was alone, which intensified his anguish. After several weeks at the hospital, they finally discharged him, although he had to spend another eight months in a wheelchair.

The young model remembers with anguish the daily crying, the pain and anguish of having to assume her life had changed radically and forever. He even thought about suicide, but something inside gave him an extra force to get ahead.

His new life

Lauren's life changed radically and, after months of darkness, the young woman found her site: helping others.
