10 Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP)
Regarding mega airports (defined by J.D. Power as those with 33 million passengers or more per year), Minneapolis-St. Paul was only one of the three to enter the list of the first ten. The airport, which serves twin cities, marked 815 out of 1,000.

Taylor calls JFK a "success", explaining that they have made major improvements over the past decade. Some of the areas in which they thrive include food, drinks, retail and a large flow of traffic despite a multi-term airport. He notes that the four and eight terminals are two of the nicest with a variety of offers and a higher percentage of travel cross them.
8 Austin (aus)
Austin, a large airport welcoming 10 to 32.9 million passengers per year, marked 819. "They did a lot of construction," said Taylor, noting that the terminal facilities are a force. 6 Salt Lake City (SLC)
The sound design of Salt Lake City helped Utah airport get a score of 826.
