Barbara Eden shares exactly what she does to stay healthy at 90

From what she eats to the way she nourishes her soul in the way she pulls her steps, read it to find the secrets of Eden, now that she is the Big 9-0.

It eats a power supply full of protein and vegetables, but it does not deprive itself.
Eden saidCloserShe is "a carnivore" and she eats "a lot of pork, chicken, [and] steak". But it is safe to balance these proteins with vegetables. "I am very careful of [my] diet," said 90-year-old icon.
As much as Eden looks at what she eats, she says she and her husbandJon Eicholtz Also do not deprive sweets. "We do not stand on desserts," she saysCloser, noting cirus cirque gampes and peanuts are some of his favorites. "They are really good," said Eden. "They are a maintenance of my childhood."

Eden is also sure of practicing good skin care habits, which means limiting what she puts on her face and never leave the house without spf. "I do not go out without sunscreen," she saysCloser. "I do not wear makeup unless I work."
In terms of products, the actor stated that it depends onCetaphil for cleaning and Estee Lauder for repair. "They have drops of [serum] [Called] Repair of the line," said Eden. "I use this morning and tonight."

But it's not just food, exercise and creams that keep Eden Sprogly; These are the people she surrounds itself. She had a serious tragedy in her life - her only child,Matthew Ansara,death of an overdose of drugs In 2001 at the age of 35 - she cherished the family she has.
"I think I'm really lucky to have a happy marriage. And a sister that I love. The family is very important," said EdenCloser. "I think if you have it, you are really lucky."
She said she also has a small group of friends she applies. "I do not have much, but those I made are very good friends," said Eden. "I think it's important to surround himself [to surround himself with people who will remain active and have good sense of humor."
