To learn where exactly the case, we turned toA new GobankRate study Who identifies the 50 cities with the most expensive houses in the United States.
Using Zillow's 2019 housing data, GobankRates analyzed the country's 722 largest housing markets. For each city, they took the price of the median list and compared it to the value of the median house to see which had the greatest disparity between price and value.
