This is the best way to target love handles

Many say it's a myth. But you can attack your mediocre directly.


There is no specific exercise to get unbridled love handles, but do not despair.
"You can not record the grease," saysDavid PearsonPh.D., professor of physiological exercises and director of the Strength Research Laboratory of the Ball State University in Indiana. And although there are many exercises that target muscles under your love handles, "building this area will grow only fat further and will make your appearance in the middle even wider," explains Pearson.
So avoid exercises like lateral curvatures and cries. Instead, focus on the loss of overall body fat: when extra-delivered books move away, your love will take your love. Concentrate your weight loss efforts on cardio-rowing, especially. Irish researchers have recently discovered that men burn up to 50% more fat as fuel when doing exercise on a rowing machine rather than a stationary bike. Thirty minutes a day three times a week should do the trick.
In the meantime, pretend that you do it, as they say: Concentrate on the construction of your lats, your shoulders and your back. "It will give you a torso in the shape of V, and the more you define your V, the less your love handles," saysGunnar Peterson, a personal trainer certified in Beverly Hills, California. "Sometimes the only reason you notice it is because there is nothing above which is wider."
