Use of a series of models, questionnaires and evaluation tools, the study aimed to find "theassociations between specific activities (or use of time) and mental health and well-being in people during the Pandemic of Covid-19. Although the study has not yet completed the peer review process, the results are fascinating.
According to the authors, the symptoms of depression have decreased the most significant among participants who areincreased the amount they exercise Or the time they spent 30 minutes or more each day. On the other hand, people who have increased by the time they have spent following news from the pandemic or their activity in othersScreen-based activities, as scrolling the social media or watching television, since their depressive symptoms increase as a result.
