The Air Perfect Air Falafel
Our favorite Vegan fast food article is made even more healthy in frying.
Now everyone and their mother knows and loves Falafel. And what does not want to love? Pro Council: This recipe works better if you rinse and drain canned chickpeas and refrigerate uncovered for several hours. This dries slightly chickpeas, which makes the Falafel mix less sparkling. You can actually mix a few days in advance and store in the fridge until it is ready to use.

Ingredients
A chickpeas of 15 oz can be drained, rinsed and tapped dry
1/4 medium white onion, chopped roughly
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tablespoon of any use flour
2 1/2 c. Lemon juice
1/2 c. Garlic powder tea
1/2 CITIMON CUMIN MOULU
1/4 c. TSP Paprika
1 C. Kosher salt tea
Fourth and heart spray ghee or another hot cooking spray
How to do it
- In a culinary robot, combine chickpeas, onion, parsley, flour, lemon juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika and salt. Pulse about 15 times to create a rough mixture that glues together when pinched between two fingers.
- Use a scoop or two spoons to create turns, then drive in the hands and flattens slightly to make discs. Make sure you do not overload the mixture with your hands, or the Falafels will become too dense.
- Define the fryer to 350 ° F. Spray Falafels with a cooking spray and place them in the air fryer in a single layer, operating in batches if necessary. Make them fry for about 10 minutes, rotating halfway to Golden Brown.
