The Air Perfect Air Falafel

1/2 CITIMON CUMIN MOULU
1/4 c. TSP Paprika
1 C. Kosher salt tea
Fourth and heart spray ghee or another hot cooking spray

How to do it

  1. In a culinary robot, combine chickpeas, onion, parsley, flour, lemon juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika and salt. Pulse about 15 times to create a rough mixture that glues together when pinched between two fingers.
  2. Use a scoop or two spoons to create turns, then drive in the hands and flattens slightly to make discs. Make sure you do not overload the mixture with your hands, or the Falafels will become too dense.
  3. Define the fryer to 350 ° F. Spray Falafels with a cooking spray and place them in the air fryer in a single layer, operating in batches if necessary. Make them fry for about 10 minutes, rotating halfway to Golden Brown.
