An easy frittata ideal for preparing meals

You will need
1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 cup red peppers bottled in chopped bottles
1 cloveminced garlic
4 cups baby rocket or spinach baby
4 thin slices Prosciutto or other good ham, coupe in strips
8 eggs, beaten
Black salt and pepper
1/2 crumbled cupgoat cheese
How to do it
- Preheat grill. Heat the olive oil into a 12 "nonstick stove with a medium-low heat.
