23 states offering cocktails to go

Some governors have temporarily allowed sales of mixed beverages for non-local consumption.


Before the pandemic, only 12 states allowed deliveries of direct-t0-consumer consumers of any alcohol (wine, beer and alcohol). But as local governments are trying to support food companies in difficulty in the face of an uncertain future, many governors have signed executive orders allowing temporarily restaurants, bars and other liquor license establishments to expand their offers from Alcohol beyond the dining room.
