As companies are trying to return in a sense of normality during thecoronavirus Pandemic, there have been countless changes in the way things work. Customers have seen some of them right away - the lack of paper menus, the waiting personnel carrying face coatings. But other changes are not so obvious to customers and they make a huge difference for restaurant staff. And a major change in the pandemic has provoked the transition topreserve.
