By sandwich: 480 calories, 29 g of grease (12 g saturated), 1440 mg of sodium, 28 g of carbohydrates (3 g of fiber, 7 g of sugar), 28 g protein

Each shake shake breakfast sandwich is served on a non-good bunny potato bun, the same bread used for its signature burgers. Right now, it gives sandwiches a flying texture, unlike some of the Soggiers sandwiches, other fast food gloves serve breakfast.

The sausage galette is quite thick and well seasoned, which gives more flavor to the sandwich. The egg also looks like a real egg, compared to some of the other quick breakfast eggs that like ... Doubtful. Overall, the sandwich seems to have better ingredients and reflecting the taste. But at 480 calories and 29 grams of fat, a pop, it is certainly a madness.

Bacon, cheese egg

Christina Stiehl / Eat this, not that!

By sandwich: 370 calories, 18 g of grease (8 g saturated), 1050 mg of sodium, 26 g of carbohydrates (3 g of fiber, sugar of 5 g), 9 g of protein

Immediately, we noticed that the tasty aroma emitted by the sandwich. "It feels good. It feels breakfast," says Daniel, our social media manager / professional taste tester. So far, a good start.

The potato bread on the bacon, the egg cheese is left soft, which gives it a beautiful texture. This also makes Sweether taste sandwich compared to a cookie or an English muffin. Shake Shack says they use "smoked bacon of entirely natural seeds", which look like good slices of thickness, not the thin and fatty slices some quick restoration joints try to pass as bacon.

They also use cageless eggs, which have coherence; Not too cooked or undercooked, which makes a huge difference in the general taste of the sandwich. And only 370 calories and 24 grams of protein, it is certainly a better option for you than other bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches on the market. Apple change

The Apple Turnover pastry on Shake Shack

By turnover: 325 calories, 15 g of grease (5 g saturated), 443 mg of sodium, 46 g of carbohydrates (3 g of fiber, 10 g of sugar), 4 g protein

Apple's turnover looks comparable to a McDonald apple pie, except thicker and a little larger. It is done with a thick but flaky paste and one of our staff stated that the dough was more of the tasty side. Overall, the filling is not too sweet and does not leave a lot of mess - perfect if you appreciate your breakfast pastry on the move.

But with 46 grams of carbohydrates and only 3 grams of fibers and 4 grams of protein, it is not enough to dig your blood glucose than to break down later - not a good idea if you are looking to avoid a mid-morning crisis.
