2 cups 2% milk
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
4 large ripe bananas, trenched

How to do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine the 1/2 cup of sugar, flour, milk, egg yolks, vanilla and salt in a medium saucepan.
  3. Cook over low heat, whipping from time to time for about 12 minutes, until the mixture thickens in a pudding.
  4. Place theEgg whites In a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until thick stiff peaks are formed.
