I have never been normal. I have never been small. The pediatric office constantly told my parents ", she is obese. She is on the 100th centile, she is not even on the map!"

I was about four years old when my parents were divorced and each picture of me since then I made food. I guess I used it as a form of comfort, perhaps a form of coherence when many things in my life were incompatible.

Even go to the amusement park, I'll ask myself immediately: "What snacks are packaged? Ice cream cones!" "We go to the circus? Candy cotton!" "We're going to a birthday party? Pizza!" It was my goal. As a child, that's what I thought.

I also had sugar problems in the blood that you would generally see in older men.Cholesterol problemsand the potential for aggravation. My pediatrician finally watched my mother in his face and said, "You must send it to the weight loss camp. She goes this summer."

So, at eight years, I went to the "Fat Camp". Can you imagine how it felt?

But the truth is that I liked it. I made a lot of friends. I was surrounded by people who did not judge me. I lost 30 pounds. It was amazing.

Then I came back to school ... and I won everything.

This yo-yo-ing went for years. Every summer, I would lose 30 pounds. Every school year, I would win everything - and more.

Until I culminated ...

At 215 pounds and a size 20 - and I was only 13 years old.

Fortunately, something was different from this summer, something that gave me an extra motivation. I was about to enter the high school.

Suddenly, I really wanted to lose weight, but to keep it. So I wondered: "What did I do every summer that allowed me to lose weight? And what did I do differently during the school year that gave me the weight? "

At the weight loss camp, even on a restricted diet, some foods I could eat as much as I wanted, and I would always lose weight.

I also knew I had liked to eat a lot of food.I was a volume eater; I had to feel full and satisfied. So I decided to try that alone. I focused on the foods I could eat a lot,it made me feel satisfiedBut that did not cause me weight.

And at the end of my first year's new year, I was shocked.

For the first time, all alone, I had not only managed to maintain my summer weight loss, I actually abandoned even more books during the school year! I was so expected. I had discovered the formula that worked for me. It was not a new regime - it was a new mentality. And once I kissed him, I continued to lose weight, all along the high school and when I went to college.

Finally, I went down to 145 pounds. Finally, for the first time forever, I felt strong and confident enough to post a picture like this:

I was so happy at 145 pounds. I was a size 8 - the lowest size I had since I was literally eight years old. I was a single number! And the best part was that I could keep this weight, without denying me or say "no" all the time.

So I was able to stay a size 8 through the rest of the college, when I started my nutrient practice, met my husband and got married.

And then I became pregnant.

Pregnancy For me was wild. For years, I was in such control of my body. Then suddenly he took a complete form.

But instead of fighting, I let pregnancy be what he wanted to be. Until the third quarter was like a switch returned to my head. It was time to come back to my weight loss state to lose weight to the baby.

So I have refocused. I thought about hundreds of customers I had helped and the principles that were not just for them, but for me too.
So, after having delivered my beautiful Girl Olivia, I have the right to work. I was not just ready, I was excited. I had a new goal now - my daughter. And I wanted to be the best I could be.

Although I dreaded to take these pictures "before" in tight clothes, I had to do it. Because, as I am ready to use all the weight loss tactics, I had gathered during my life, I wanted a detailed recording of this trip, so I would know exactly what worked and what has not done in real time.

And the good news is that it worked better than I could never imagine. I am not only returning to my brand of 145, I continued to go.

I went from the post-baby bodyUp to 120 pounds-And I have stayed around this weight for more than two years.

You know what could be the most amazing part? It was much easier than I thought it would be. I always felt full and satisfied. I never deprived myself. And I never missed a meal.

I have just rely on some simple principles that allowed me to lose weight while remaining from life, principles like water first, vegetables, follow your progress and use the scale. Because this is the ultimate goal of everyone, is not it? Be happy.
