Before diving into each flavor, it is important to know how to prepare flavored butter at home. To do it,Make sure the butter is at room temperature. Mix it with the ingredients in a bowl with a rubber spatula. Once completely mixed, scrape the butter on a piece of parchment paper. Of course, you can spread this flavored butter on pancakes - it seems the perfect combination. But we also feel that this pair of maple butter really well with hot slices of ourzucchini bread! Especially if you add chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

Red wine butter

A note on red wine butter!Make sure to reduce red wine and shallots together before adding it to the butter. You can do it by adding red wine and the collected shallots to a saucepan and by simmering to a syrup. You should get about 1-2 tablespoons after.
