Men and women do not have the same quick restoration habits - see the key difference

Yes, the genders eat fast foods totally differently, according to the CDC.

A new study of theCenters for Disaster Control and Prevention (CDC) found that between 2013 and 2016, 36.6% of Americans have eaten quick restoration during a given day. This comes to about 85 million people!

"Fast food consumption has been part of the American regime for a moment," Kirsten Herrick, Senior Service Companion at the CDC, saidCBS Philly. "With today's lively lifestyle, fast food is an easy option that people choose."

While the Drive-Thru remains a practical way of smoking on the fly (it's called fast food for a reason, after all), the study found something interesting between the sexes: men and women had very different eating habits.

Among the adults who went to fast food, the most commonly reported meal to eat was lunch, dinner, breakfast and snacks. Here is the interesting part if: men were more likely than women to eat fast food for lunch, while women were more likely to eat fast restaurants like a snack. The study discovered that 9.2% other men ate fast food for lunch as women, while 6.2% more women visited a fast-service restaurant for a snack.

In theory, it can lead us to conclude that many women who usually eat fast food pick up something small (think aboutMcDonalds Snack envelope or four-piece McNuggets), but the current study did not investigate the link between the eating habits of men and women and the respective calorie consumption. However, a precedentCDC study found that between 2007 and 2010, men consumed an average of 11.8% of their total calories of fast food, while the caloric consumption of women in the Fast Food welcomed 10.9% - which means that the number of fast food calories consumed by men and women remained approximately the same.

This new study recalls that the fast food is linked to an average consumption of calorie, fat and guilty of sodium-three can contribute to metabolic diseases (such as obesity and heart disease) if they are consumed in excess.

Pro advice: Try to limit your Drive-Thru visits to once a week and, when you do, do not forget to examine the nutritional items. Jump on the sides in bold and add-ons such as fries, bacon and cheese can help youCut a large amount of calories from your quick restore order.
