"Our study relies on previous work suggesting a diet can play a role in symptoms related to airways and asthma", explains Sonali Bose, MD, the main author of the study and Assistant Professor of Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care and Pediatrics at the Icahn Medicine School at Mount Sinai. "The results suggest a link between a component commonly found in [meats] cooked to respect for children."
The component in question is advanced glycation dietetic finishing products (ages). Food Age, the United States National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI)to explainDangerous toxins come from high temperature cuisine. Bose suggests that the link between food age and difficulty breathing in childhood "can help explain the mechanism through which meats can negatively influence the health of the respiratory tract."
"Interestingly," Our conclusions were independent of the overall health of the diet. "No matter the nutrition of the child's diet, the presence of dietary ages has put them in danger. To reduce the food ages of your cooked meat, NCBI recommends "Cooking with wet heat, using shorter cooking times, cooking at lower temperatures and [using] acidic ingredients such as lemon juice or vinegar."
