In addition, she says that there is slightly more iron, calcium and vitamin A in pacific food soup, which can probably be attributed to bone broth as well as fresh vegetables.

While Davidson explains that this progressive soup uses chicken broth, it notes that it is essentially bone broth. This is why the protein content is identical in the two soups, she says, with the fact that they also use chicken meat.

In conclusion, when it comes to these two products, Davidson tells us that they do not differ much because the chicken broth is always bone broth, technically. "If you had to compare this soup to a vegetable stock, you would notice a difference," she says.
