In the meantime, prepare an ice bath (a bowl with ice and water). Remove the eggs from heat and immerse them immediately into the ice bath, it will prevent eggs from cooking further. Let them sit in the ice bath for several minutes.

Remove the ice bath eggs and peel them. You will notice that the shell comes off in large pieces, making work very easy.

Serve on bread, a lawyer or grains
