You will need
8 eggs
1/4 cup of miyonal olive oil
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
2 c. Canned Chipotle Pepper Tea
Black salt and pepper
Paprika (preferably smoked Spanish style paprika called Pimentón)
2 bandsBacon, cooked and finely collapsed
How to do it
- Bring a saucepan or a large pot of water to a boil.
- Carefully lower the eggs in the water and cook for 8 minutes.
- Drain and place immediately in a bowl of ice water. When the eggs have cooled, peel always in the water (the water helps the shell slip).
