Bowl of rice chicken in instant greek pot

Serves 1

You will need

For Tzatziki sauce:

4 1/2 tablespoon of Greek style yogurt naked
3 Soup grated cumulator, compressed liquid
1 C. Lemon juice
1/8 c. Salt
1/16 black spoon on the ground
1/4 c. Dried dill tea
1/8 c. Minced garlic tea
1 C. Olive oil

For the chicken bowl:

1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
Juice and zest of 1 average lemon
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup of white rice of long uncooked cereal
1 C. Dried oregano
1 spoon of chopped garlic
1/4 c.
1/8 c.
1 cup of chopped chicken breast
1 spoon of ground lemon

For garnish:

2 tablespoons of dice tomato
2 tablespoons of red pepper
2 c. Feta Feta Crusted Cheese
2 c. Diced red onion
2 tablespoons cumshot
2 c. Chopped Kalamata olives soup

How to do it

  1. Make the Tzatziki sauce, in a small bowl or pot, combine all the ingredients of the sauce and refrigerate until it is ready to eat.
  2. To make the chicken bowl, at the moment pot®, add oil, butter, lemon juice and zest, broth, rice, oregano, garlic, salt and Black pepper. Stir to combine. In a small bowl, mix the chicken with lemon pepper, then extended evenly on rice.
  3. Closes the cover; Turn the knob to seal.
  4. Press the manual cook or pressure button and adjust the time to 10 minutes.
  5. When the timer emits a beep, extend 5 minutes to naturally release the pressure, then remove the lid.
  6. Scoop chicken and rice in a server bowl, then garnish with tomatoes, pepper, feta, onion, cucumber and olives. Serve immediately with Tzatziki sauce.
