When a root-rich food is consumed in its gross shape, goose chemicals are released. When we eat our raw radish, as cut into a salad or immersed in a hummus, we also ingest these gibrogens.

How does this substance interfere with our thyroid

Our thyroids create two different types of hormones:Tréiodothyronine (also known as T3) and thyroxine (T4), which are essential to help usMaintain a healthy metabolism! For our thyroid to work properly, it needs iodine to absorb and convert to T3 and T4 hormones. In other words, the radishes have the potential to interrupt our thyroid function.

The document also mentions that many larger quantities of guy have the potential to cause an enlarged thyroid, but it would be almost impossible to consume this large number of goothrogens with radishes!
