Theft of trailers or rented cars, or something valuable from outside hotels or markets was nothing unusual for a city like New Mexico where the crime rate is one of the highest of the world. But this flight was very unique for everyone involved.

Emotional tower

Long-road trips are supposed to be very exciting and happy trips that someone embarches. And if there is a U-Haul attached to the vehicle, it seems to be a journey of new beginnings. But for this couple, it was not these things. It was a very emotional tour and as something we would never have imagined.

Cost

The thieves flew the car on the night of September 11, 2017, from the Parking of the Residence Inn. They drove the car with the rented truck and were more than happy to have been able to steal something that would get them a lot of money. But they were wrong.

Overview

After driving the car to a few blocks from the hotel, the thieves decided to look inside the U-Haul to see what was to come to their pockets. All were descended from the car and without any guilt or shame, they felt the pride of what they had done.

The morning

When the couple woke up in the morning after a good night's sleep, they would never have anticipated what had happened. Any loan and fresh, when they came out of the hotel to resume their trip, they were astonished.

Faded away

Travelers did not understand what had happened the previous night. How could the car disappear in a place like a parking lot of the hotel they thought was safe? Their possessions were all missing, SUV at the trailer, all that.

Crumbled

The couple collapsed when they understood what had happened. They were already in the state of distress and the theft of their valuables was also added to their concerns. They did not really care about the car, but from what was inside the U-Haul.

Police

As soon as the couple informed the hotel staff on the flight, the management of the hotel called on the police officers of the region and all were informed of the situation and everyone started looking for the car missing.

Unforgettable

The police service comes many different cases in one day, each of a specific type. But this particular case, even officials accept day are one of these cases, they will never forget the rest of their lives. This has really been unique in a kind.

The cops were aware of what they concerned inside the vehicle, and so when they found it, they put forward with each step only after taking all the precautions. They exercised each movement towards the trailer with complete caution.

Golden

When the thieves had successfully stole the car and the truck, they were excited that they could have hit gold. There may also be several valuables too. They had thought it was a luckiest night for them ... until ...

Thunderbolt

When the thieves opened the trailer pending riches, they were voiceless to do nothing but something completely inconceivable. They were horrified and left the SUV where it was and fled from the square.

Race cores

The same hearts of the thieves, who were first pumped into the excitement, now spent high of the pure fear. They were afraid, perhaps more than they had never been for a very long time. There is a corpse in a coffin in the trailer.

Informed

As soon as the police informed the couple that their car was found, they came to the place. Both had a real reason to worry so much about the flight of the car and trailer. The first thing to do for the woman was to check if the body of the trailer was fine.

Who was it?

The police had found fingerprints on the car since the thieves were smart to steal a trailer but not smart enough to use gloves for the flight. And the hotel's guests also mentioned that they had seen a red pickup truck in the same region that morning.

Red truck

The police did some investigation and it was clear that the red truck was also a stolen vehicle and that their main goal was now to find the red truck, which would drive them automatically to the thieves.

Spotted

The red truck was spotted by the police on the same day and the strength was sent to catch the thieves that led him on the 1-25 highways. But the suspects were really stubborn and refused to give up, trying to hide from one corner to another.

Gave

As officials were as determined as ever to catch the suspects, they had put in all the strength they could. The suspects behind the steering wheel quickly realized that there was no way out and they finally abandoned.

Caught

After running around the city, the suspects were finally caught by the police. The faces in the red truck were Daniel Gonzales, Jeremy Soliz and Anthony Serna. The police could feel their attitude they were the culprits.

Wanted to

When police officers examined the registers of the three suspects, he came out that two of them, Serna and Gonzales already had a mandate for their arrest. They were arrested immediately for the flight offense as well as a manholer.

Remarkably bad

Their most recent crime has been a very bad experience for the three thieves. They did not even have won a single penny of it, instead, they ended up from days to move on to prison. Every second of their lives would now be devoted to hope that they had never seen that U-Haul.

Scared

The three thieves had actually been amateur and ended up being taken earlier or later. When they saw what the trailer had, they shouted with fear and scrambled themselves as if they had stolen from the treasure, but a ghost.

Laughed at

The thieves were so unskilled in the crime they had tried to commit the risk they had taken was not even valid. There was no afraid or worried about these thieves, it was a pure laugh that they won for themselves, revealing themselves like fools.

The ravages of the scene could have been prevented more if the neighbors would have called and complained about U-Haul parked near their home. But it seemed not to be unusual for anyone, because they thought someone was moving in the neighborhood.

Michael Ayers, whose room was right outside the place where the U-Haul was abandoned by the thieves gave a statement to the police he had not found anything unusual in the situation since it seemed to be manufactured.

Repeated crime

It also turned out that two of the criminals, Soliz and Serna, were arrested before and they were on bail during the moment they committed the crime. And assumptions for what crime they had been arrested for earlier? Yes, nothing new but the automatic flight.

Disturbed

The couple was really disturbed after an endless day filled with bad experiences and they just wanted to leave but were legally required to stay. Their car and their own statements would be needed for the case against thieves.

To free

The police team understood and respected that the couple wanted to continue with the last rites of their father and, therefore, they went forward with all the formalities as quickly as possible and that the couple was immediately Authorized from as soon as the formalities were filled.

Relieved

The couple was relieved to know that the investigation was over, it was no longer asked to stay more and that their trip was not delayed. They were more than grateful that they had found their car and trailer and body was not altered.

More than a trip

What initially started as an emotional journey of mourning for the couple, ended up being a rolling ride of mountains that they never imagined. And the corpse has traveled a lot before being able to rest forever.

The only consolation for the couple was that the people who created such ravages for them for a period as difficult were punished. At least they would do not do anything with someone else in society. The police really did a great job!
