Everyone has a past. It is difficult to judge what a person has lived or where they come from. A police officer against a panhanleuse person on the side of a street, both faced a very different set of circumstances that led them to where they are in their lives. For a panhandler, usually it's a series of bad decisions and unfortunate events that drive a person to the point of standing before strangers with an empty hand. But is that always the case?

Two men were on their way to work in Richmond, Virginia. They go the same route every day, see the same streets, the same people. One day, however, something changed. Men notice a panhandeur behave strangely. The woman, who did not know she was watching, did something in the following case that took the men by surprise.

Honk

Because of heavy traffic, Jake and Paul must wait at traffic for at least 30 minutes as cars move slowly. Traffic during rush hour was an unpleasant sight. But at this stage, they were almost immune to expectation. As a result, Jake was almost immune to wait anywhere, even outside the home of Paul when he asked the holle the horn several times to hurry! Paul's attention was drawn by a woman standing at the end of the line they expected. Paul had noticed before, many times. When cars stop at the signal, she would come knocking at their windows to get money from people. Paul could not help but feel sorry for the woman. He could not imagine living life on the road, asking strangers for money. Paul's thought track fell to an abrupt halt when he heard a commotion coming from the front of the line. His eyes caught the panhandeuse that pushes the envelope to someone's car window, asking for pennies. Paul noticed that the man inside the car did not open the window, probably refusing to help the woman. But what has happened next was something he did not see coming.

Unfortunate

When she realized that the guy is not going to help the woman has completely lost his cool. She started to say disrespectful words to the man inside the car. She took the envelope and pushed at her window, rather aggressively. The woman made a scene in the middle of the road. Jake and Paul exchanged uncomfortable glances. They both saw the woman often enough about to work almost every day. But it was something strange. Jake and Paul noticed how the woman returned to be normal when a new set of cars stopped in front of her. She took her jacket and began to shake before the cars again as if nothing happened. This behavior on the part of the panhandler emitting red flags for men.

Jake and Paul have decided to check what is wrong with this woman. So instead of driving this time, they shot their car at the intersection and parked in the nearest alley where she was to ask for money from people. Men have noticed how when she was made of money, she took the envelope filled with banknotes and coins and entered the parking lot of a fast food chain. Jake and Paul went out of their cars and started to follow her. Men have been confused by what is happening. They witnessed the woman put the money inside another purse and threw coins in the envelope. They assumed that this is his way of encouraging people to give her money. The woman reached the door of the car and looked around for anyone watching. The discovered that the car was his.

To call the police

The woman took out his phone and called the police saying two men harass the road. Soon there were police cars lined the parking lot. The police questioned to interview guys. The woman walked away with a satisfied smile but did not know that things are about to turn around. The police took the statement of the boys and went to interview the woman also. Turns out, they agreed with the men she did was unethical. They began to question him about his actions. The officers were informed that it is illegal what it does. They were in mid-sentence when the woman returned to her car in an attempt to flee the scene.

Identify woman

The woman was identified as Leigh Dominguez Micha. She is a resident of Richmond and 40. She owns a house and a car of course. It is neither homeless nor a real bum. She pretended and make a fool of people for many years. The two men were satisfied with the success of their business. They were happy dishonest woman as she is put behind bars. Now she can not fly or harassed in the streets. However, this was not the end of the event. What Paul himself did not know Jake was recorded a video all this time and had captured everything that happened on camera! He decided to share this video on his facebook to alert people about these fake homeless people and pay attention the next time they decide to help one.
