Disney Princesses with and without makeup

There is one thing that all these princesses have in common what is not a very good example for children. They all carry a surprising amount of makeup. The worst thing is that we, like adults, just note that and do not give him a second thought.

Most of us grew up with Disney princesses and we all had our favorite, the one we addressed. Some have looked up on the white snow and his love of animals, others admired beautiful for his work ethic and his desire to learn, or Mulan for his bravery. More recently, children have got new princesses to seek like Elsa for his ability to give up his fear and be herself despite his differences. And while all these features are admirable and worth looking for, there is one thing that all these princesses have in common that is not an excellent example for children. They all carry a surprising amount of makeup.

I mean, there is nothing wrong with makeup, it's a great way to express yourself if that's what you're in. But Disney's main public is small children and, in these movies, Disney princesses never appear without makeup, they always look impeccable, they seem to wake up with a makeup perfectly done, long eyelashes, eyebrows On the flick and a touch of lipstick. What kind of message he sends to small boys and girls? The worst thing is that we, like adults, just note that and do not give him a second thought. But children internalize this message, this idea that girls should wear makeup to look like a princess.

Fortunately, there is a trend starting online that shows what Disney Princesses would look without makeup. And you know what, they look beautiful and fresh. We hope that in the future Disney will create fresh fresh princesses, after all, they have already Merida de Brave and it's a step in the right direction.

1. Beautiful
Do you think beautiful would really spend time putting mascara, eyeliner, blush and lipstick every day if it can spend this time reading books?

2. Jasmine
Ok, Jasmine could be a bit of fashionista, and perhaps his status as rich princess lead her to spend more time worrying about what she looks like. But would she really make makeup all the time? I mean if you look at Aladdin that you know, she is much more in the mischief than she does makeup.

3. Pocahontas
The idea that Pocahontas would spend time perfecting his eyeliner every day is ridiculous, is not it? She has more important things to do and she is more a natural girl anyway.

4. Tiana
Tiana would not literally have time to play with makeup, she is too busy for these things, she has work to do.

5. Mulan
Ok, so Mulan does not always wear makeup in the movie, but it's because she tries to spend as a man half time. When she does not pretend to be a man, she is back to a makeup face of eyeliner at least. Why Disney, why?

6. Ariel
Have you ever wondered where Ariel gets his waterproof mascara and his lipstick? I mean she lives in the ocean, it's not like it goes to Sephora on weekends.

7. Snow White
Let's be honest, snow white looks crazy without makeup. Why? Because she was originally designed with a heavy shadow and a full makeup face. His face was just not intended to appear on the screen without her. Which is downright appalling, Disney.

8. Elsa
Then Elsa learned to extinguish the world from a young man and spends most of his time alone, who is ruined to start. But why would she bring such a dark and glamorous makeup?

9. MERIDA
There is no before and after for Merida, because so far she is the only princess we know about it stands out and is not represented with a complete makeup face. It is much more in riding and climbing waterfalls and the master of his own destiny.
