However, few of us have time or desire to do something for breakfast elaborate. Here is a practical list of breakfast three ingredients that are fast and delicious and require too much effort to prepare.

1. Monday pancakes
Ingredients: 1.5 cups of almond flour, 3 eggs, 1 mature banana (and a teaspoon of dough powder if you want to be fluffy)
Did you know that you only need 3 ingredients for pancakes? Well, ok, maybe 4 if you want to be really soft. But that's all. And what makes them is so easy. You mix it simply and fry "em up. You can eat them with garnishes that you like, but we suggest strawberries and a little almond butter.

2. Tuesday chia pudding
Ingredients: ¼ cup of chia seeds, vegetable milk of choice, honey to taste (some optional fittings)
Puding Chia is a great option for a quick breakfast. It is full of omega 3 fatty acids, healthy fibers and it is ideal for those with bloating problems. Just mix everything in a glass the day before and in the morning, you will have a delicious breakfast that you can reload with fruits and berries if you want.


3. Bagels Wednesday
Ingredients: Bagel, cream cheese, a garnish
This one is quite explicit. Just put all the things on the bagel. You can mix and match a lot here. Cream cheese and strawberries is a good combo, but it's cream cheese and salmon. You can also opt for avocado and egg, or avo and some Tabasco. As many options!

4. Thursday the eggs and cups bacon
Ingredients: eggs, bacon, spices
You might think about eggs and bacon does not really take time, and you're right. Just a few minutes and your breakfast is ready. But if you prefer past these minutes make up instead of plain over the pan - try to make eggs and baked bacon cups.


5. Friday Lawyer Toast
Ingredients: Bread, lawyer, spices (eggs are optional)
I mean, there is a reason why it was the most popular breakfast in 2017, and we are pretty sure it is here to stay. Lawyer's bread is a classic. And it's so easy to do. You can simply extend the lawyer on Toast and put a little salt or hot sauce on the top. Or you can go the extra mile and have an egg with it too.


6. Bars Saturday with almonds and coconut
Ingredients: 1 cup of almonds, 1 cup of coconut flakes, ¼ cup maple syrup. (Salt if you want a more interesting taste)
These bars are delicious and go very well with your cup of coffee in the morning. And you can do many of them in advance. To make them you just need to mix everything, pour on a paper-covered pastry plate, press so that it is well packaged and cook for about 30 minutes. Let them cool completely and cut into bar.


7. Sunday Banana Pancakes
Ingredients: 1 mature banana, 2 eggs, a pinch of cinnamon
Nothing is worth pancakes for breakfast. But having them every day could lead to a certain unwanted weight gain, so here is a healthy and fast way to make pancakes that does not require flour. All you need is a mature banana, 2 eggs and a little cinnamon. Mix, fry on a nonstick skillet, and enjoy your crepes without guilt.
