1. Skip breakfast
Skip breakfast is not a good idea. It does not matter if you are trying to lose weight, just do not have time, nor do not have hungry in the morning. Your body has been without food all night. You need nutrition. In addition, do not eat in the morning will only eating up at lunch time or dinner. 2. Only drink coffee

6. Flavored yogurt and granola
The yogurt and granola look like a healthy alternative to cereals, and it is in a way, as long as it is simple and not flavored. Many fruit flavored yogurt contain tons of sugar, as well as chocolate flavored granola or peanut butter. Always go instead and simply flavor with fresh fruit, berries and nuts.
