Fashion is inspired by all types of places - for Jeremy Scott, the consumer is his muse. For Elie Saab, it turns out that a very famous fantastic TV show was the source of inspiration from Elie's Saabs's newest sewing collection.

We can not prove that it was the direct source of its aesthetic design, this season, but the fans attracted similar surprise comparisons between the two. The color palette is a little less medieval fair, a little more feasy-chic, and we like interpretations. For example, Saab used a ton of velvet bonnet, embellishment and jewel, as well as sweeping and dramatic silhouettes. The show has a pretty emblematic style - it was just a matter of time before a high fashion giant did not take it!

The rich red shades remind us that the signature of Melisandre seems, while the golden details recall the royal look of Cersei. One might think that the taking of this style may seem some costumes or cheap, the result was breathtaking pretty silhouettes, finished with meticulous attention to detail.


Personally, we are obsessed with the dark fur hood that has been replaced longer, capped caps in some looks and the neutral family that Saab went with - from the champagne pervas, each room was a work of Art and meticulous details on each dress proves that.


If you are more than a shadow girl, this midnight with Twilight Sheer Cape and pair skirt with an unexpected Vefe VEP on a velvet bodice. Red eyes are perfect for glamorous events, or Edgier, with a black lip and a neck tower.

All the looks were swept away from the ground, but that did not fit the fabric models. Sewing is immaculate, especially as shown by this black and embroidered gold jacket. Yes. It would be so easy for these sought to go out Gaudy, but as always, Saab killed the execution.


Again, the collection is perfect for walking on a track. We are not sure what to do with some of these hoodies and satin belts, but we are sure we will see one of these pieces on a "real" gala, or something.


So, while we do not have the definitive proof that Saab has been a game of thrones watching bibelous when he came with this idea, but it seems likely. After all, they say that fashion is recycling - we have seen dolman sleeves of the 80s and more, so why not zoom away even further in time and pay tribute to a more complex time and by hand.

Makeup and hair were not overwhelming and let the dresses take charge. The hairstyles were made with a minimal product and a simple wave - no distraction up-donations here!
