If you need motivation to achieve a professional goal - you're lucky today. We will tell you a story of a little girl who dreamed of a day flying an airplane and ended up becoming the youngest female captain of a Boeing 777.

Meet Anne Divya, 30, a brilliant lady of Vijayawada, India who dreamed great and worked hard to make her dreams a reality. As a little girl, Anne wanted to become a pilot, a rather unusual goal for a girl, especially in India. His friends at school often mocked her for that because nobody believed it would actually happen. After all, it is a very male dominated profession and 140K drivers around the world - only 6,5K are women. Even some of the relatives of Anne told him it was a ridiculous dream and it's not an appropriate job for a girl. But Anne did not give up her dream and her parents supported her decision to go to Indira Gandhi Rashriya Uran Akademi, a pilot school in Uttar Pradesh."The lot of people around me did not approve my choice, but I just wanted to fly", says Anne.

The pilot school was difficult, especially at first, for Anne's English was not great and she struggled to seize all the information while trying to perfect her knowledge of a foreign language. But she knew that's what it takes to become pilot then she persevered."People mocked me and mocked me for my accent and my bad pronunciation, but I knew I had to continue talking and keeping practicing, because it's the only way to learn", Anne admits.

Anne's parents also had their share of trying to pay for his studies. Tuition for the pilot school were not cheap and they had to undergo a loan to allow it. Anne's parents believed in their daughter, so they did their best to help her reach her goal.

After all the challenges Anne and his family had to say, he is paid at the end. During the graduation of piloting school at the age of 19, she had a job with Air India. Later, Anne was sent to Spain to undergo more training and on his return, she could fly a Boeing 737. You would think it was already a huge realization, but Anne did not stop there. . She still suffered even more training in a few years, this time in London and started stealing a Boeing 777 and finally became a captain of Air India flagship plane! At 30, Anne is the youngest female Boeing 777 captain, and we can only hope that her example will inspire girls from around the world to fight for their dreams and reach great heights.
