10 Disney characters that could easily be gay
The LGBT community loves Disney movies for this very reason. And what does not want to love? These characters are fun, alive, flamboyant and make every really special film (outside all princes and princesses, of course). Here is a lot of characters that may or may not be gay.
Disney is famous for his outstanding princess characters and global warblers, but what most people do not notice are slightly (or heavily) gay characters that appear in almost all movies. Yes, it's true! The LGBT community loves Disney movies for this very reason. And what does not want to love? These characters are fun, alive, flamboyant and make every really special film (outside all princes and princesses, of course). Here is a lot of characters that may or may not be gay.
Ursula
This is one of the most direct links in the LGBT - Disney community used the personality of a famous Queen Divine Dirt to create Ursula The Sea Sorcière. The character ended up looking and acting fantastic, with incredible body language and drama charges.
Scar
The King Lion scar is what we call "gay coded". He is sardonic, effeminate and did not have relationships with liones while Simba ran around bugs. All these are indices on the sexuality of the character, who are not direct, but still report in the "right direction".
Hell
Hades is like the best girl of all girls (or in this case - worse) friend gay sassy who always has a comment notified on everything. He is one of the characters "FOP" Disney loves to use so much. The word comes from the 17th century England where it was used to describe a loose and fashionable man. This archetype for gay men has been used by Hollywood for decades.
Timon and Pumbaa
Coded gays are not always bad, Timon and Pumbaa are proof of that. These two are fun, flamboyant and make us think that the parenthood of the same sex is a pretty cool thing. Timon is actually expressed by a gay actor named Nathan Lane.
Elsa
"Have you do not feel, do not let them know / now they know! '
"It's funny How far does everything seem small / and the fears that once controlled me / can not go to my house at all!"
The Elsa de Frox expressed quite neat lyrics that can become a hymn to get out of the closet. It's a real LGBT gem!
Genius
"I make myself nice of you, a child," he said Aladdin after he recorded it. "Not that I want to choose curtains or anything." Engineering is one of the most emblematic disney characters ever created. He knows more of pop-trivia culture than any woman at home and likes to get through from time to time.
Shang
Mulan inspired many queer theorists. The story of a girl who dresses like a man and goes to the war instead of his father has "LGBT" writes everything. Disney has a lot of fun with same-sex relationships in the film: Shane has clearly interest in Mulan, but reveals his feelings only after the female identity of Mulan becomes clear.
Meridy
Everyone seemed like the possibility of a new Lesbian princess Disney, that's why Merida caused some emptings after the film release. There is no reason for being a 14-year-old want to get married with the guys she has never met in her life, but the character has always received a huge gay and feminist.
Hugo and Djali
With regard to open gay characters, this could be the only disney gay couple with a happy end. The romance between a gargoyle and a goat begins in the first part and continues in the rest of the hunchback of Notre Dame, where both reveal their true feelings. It's the best happy end of all time!
Iffée
Frozen has a character that is clearly gay. In this scene, when he offers Kristoff and Anna to go to his sauna, we come to see his family. Which one is? Her husband and a group of children!
