Andrii Danylko is a paradoxical person, an artist who is both well-known and almost unknown. On stage, he shines in the form of the energetic and sharp-tongued Verka Serdyuchka, but in life he remains a closed, even slightly shy man who carefully guards his own space. There have been legends about his personal life for years, and the less he says, the more actively these legends grow with new details.

During all the decades on the stage, Danylko was never married or became a father. This could not but cause prejudice. It seems to some that such restraint hides great personal pain, to others it is the opposite: he is just fine alone and in creativity. And someone tries to look for a riddle or even a "sign" in this, as if the artist is hiding a secret.

Danylko himself once admitted that even in his youth he felt that weddings and marriage were not for him. Of course, public loneliness is easy to guess. For decades, the artist was "credited" with novels with several colleagues. For example, with Radmila Shtogoleva, Danylko's partner on the legendary "SV-Show". On the screen, they looked so harmonious that many saw them as a couple. Travels, rehearsals, endless filming - all this seemed like the perfect ground for a real romance. However, both remained silent, neither confirming nor denying the rumors.

Then Olga Lytskevich joined the TV project, and new rumors flared up with new force. She was even called the "secret wife" of the artist, but there was no confirmation of this. Their creative duo looked bright, but the facts ended there.

However, most rumors have always been associated with Inna Bilokon, with whom Danylko has been working for more than three decades. They went on stage side by side, went on tour together, supported each other in the most difficult moments. Photos, hugs, casual gestures of attention — all this was a reason for the public to build stories about "great love". But Bilokon has been married for a long time and has a daughter. In numerous interviews, she honestly explained: there is indeed great tenderness and trust between them, but this is a friendship tested over the years, not a romance.

Even more attention is drawn to the stage image of Serdyuchka - bright, grotesque, deliberately provocative. He comes from the world of cabaret, irony and freedom, so it is not surprising that he was often associated with LGBT aesthetics in society. In addition, the artist never directly talked about his orientation.

But the fact remains: Andriy Danylko did not confirm any rumors about his intimate or love status. Maybe he just gives himself completely to creativity. And there is no mystery in this - only the choice of a person who understood long ago that happiness looks different for everyone.
