The artists Anda Călugăreanu and Dan Tufaru left behind a daughter, Ioana Tufaru who is 43 years old and are in a situation where she lives on the limit of survival, along with husband and child. Recently Ioana gave an interview from where I learned that she was dealing with an income of only 1,100 lei per month.

Ioana Tufaru makes sustained efforts to ensure the best living for her little son, Luca, seven years old. She is the daughter of the late Anda Călugăreanu, who passed away 30 years ago at the age of 45, being abducted by cancer. Ioana has revealed that she is based on social assistance, but it is not enough to be able to take full care of the whole family.

Just six weeks after finding out the news that she is pregnant, Ioana Tufaru's father-in-law made the decision to drive away her from the house, arguing that they were tired of supporting them both. As a result, Ionuț, his life partner, quickly made the decision to follow Ioana, being aware that they will become parents together.

Finding out about the difficult situation the two went through, Gigi Becali made the decision to help them, giving them a safe shelter. Thus, he offered them a studio where they could live and continue their lives in more stable conditions, thus replacing the nights spent in the park with a roof above the head.

“Our situation is extremely difficult. We are three people who have to live with only 1,100 lei a month. I could not participate in the theatrical activities because I was winning a little from the figuration there. Our boy started school, which involves significant additional costs. My husband can no longer work because he retired because of a medical condition. Currently, we have submitted the necessary documents and wait to see how much he will receive as a pension. ” Ioana confessed.
