Paul Rudd reveals his secrets to stay in shape (and eternal youth) in a new interview

When asked for his number one tip for eternal youth, a superhero body and happiness, he gave an answer in a word: "Sleep".
And although he has admitted that diet, weight and cardio are also essential, he said that sleep is the key for everything to work.

Having a routine also helps.

And while his diet - which includes eggs every day, a lot of salmon and proteins shake without any fruit (probably because of the sugar factor) - a restrictive sound, he said to the exit that he loved it.
