The USPS suspended the services in the 20 post offices of Arkansas and Texas for the same reason: bad weather.

The postal service initially closed 50 post offices in Texas in total on January 31 in the middle of the icy weather. At noon on February 1, however, the agency updated its service alert website to inform customers that 44 of the facilities had just been reopened.

All these post offices that already host back customers are located in northern Texas in the cities of Arlington, Dallas, Forth Worth and Plano. The six still closed installations are found in the western part of the state.
