On January 4 Madame published an intervention on social media that made no little discussion. In the post the singer told his fans the completely personal choice against vaccines: not only that he had not received the vaccines against Covid-19, but of never having undergone in his life to any vaccination. The post was then removed, but now the controversies and bad moods had started. But let's see what happened and, above all, if we can derive some teaching from all this unpleasant history.

Madame and social struggles

Madame has never been in favor of vaccines, has never accepted social impositions and has always seasoned its shows with some politics together with manifestations of sympathy or antipathy for a political deployment rather than another. This exhibition has somehow made it absurd to the champion of ideals of freedom, often shared by the left, and when the investigations of the Vicenza prosecutor's office for false ideology began, many did not take it well.

The investigations

The investigations of the Vicenza prosecutor on false vaccinations against Covid-19 seem to have started in February last year. After the arrest of two basic doctors of the Vicenza area, at least a dozen people were investigated who, decided not to get vaccinated, in order to obtain the Green Pass, pretended to get vaccinated, circumventing the laws in force during the health emergency. Among these have appeared the names of various famous people, including Madame, in fact, and the tennis player Camila Giorgi.

Among other things, the post published on January 4th said this:

I was born and raised in a family that for various reasons began to doubt doctors and measures of traditional medicine by pushing on alternative research. In fact, not only I have not promptly performed the Covid vaccine, but I have never done other vaccines. I would not judge a priori the choices of a mother and father in love with a perfectly healthy daughter after suffering an abortion a few years earlier. Even the medical treatments I received have almost always been natural (except in cases where chemical medicines such as antibiotics, painkillers or cortisones served).

However, it is quick from the search for an alternative and end up in an infernal group of conspiracy. [...] I took the time to talk about something very personal. There are so many things to say that I don't know where to start but I hope with all the heart that you find everything here.

Preach well ...

The justification post had as its effect only to amplify the news of the bluff at the vaccine even more and to make the singer's fans outrage and beyond. His preaching well for the principles of freedom and equality were then shattered to the first occasion in which everyone was really asked to "sacrifice" themselves for the common good. When everyone was asked to undergo the vaccine, Madame, in order not to find a compromise with her principles and still obtain the green pass - which then allowed her to go to work around clubs - found an trick, circumventing the legislation in full health emergency.

The post deleted

Given the avalanche of controversy that is achieved, the post in question has been deleted and another post has followed:

With regard to the disqualification from Sanremo, the requests have become so pressing that it was forced to intervene Amadeus himself. For the artistic director of the Festival, this story does not affect Madame's race in any way. "I evaluate the song and I do not anticipate the judiciary," he said in a recent interview. "I think it would be a great mistake on my part if I ousted it, so it is competing in all respects [...] each of them has a world that fascinates me and a great personality and everyone has total freedom".
