Caudle, who is also an associate professor in the Department of Family Medicine at Rowan University, published a video on Tiktok last week to review body parts who do not get enough cleaning time. First and foremost, she wants you to wash your properly belly button .

"It's true, many people don't wash their navel at all," she said in the video. "Guys, it becomes disgusting. Please wash your navel." The hygiene of the bad navel can make a unpleasant smell , according to Medical News Today. AE0FCC31AE342FD3A1346EBB1F342FCB

In one monitoring video , Caudle offers some tips to properly clean your navel. "If you have a navel button, you should be able to wash it, no problem," she explains. "If you have an innie, you may need to be a little more strategic on this subject." In general, Caudle recommends using, soap, water and a toilet glove to clean your navel, but there are exceptions if a toilet glove does not cut it.

"If you have an innie, however, that the toilet glove is not completely there - maybe it does not become very far or clean it completely - it is actually where I suggest a Q-TIP, "she says, noting that she generally does not suggest using cotton tadgets in general.

Alcohol to rub or a solution of salt water can also be useful, she says, but if you have swelling, pus, pain, redness or an odor that will not disappear, Caudle says that you must see Your doctor.

Ears are another place that some do not tend enough.

The next body part on Caudle's list was the ears. As a child, your parents may have underlined the need to wash in this specific location, but apparently, some of us have forgotten this tip.

"The number two is behind the ears, the top of the ear behind this small area here at the back, and also the lobe," says Caudle, pulling the top of his ear forward to show the area that your Toilet glove should frequent. "I want you to wash this area specifically - but huh - and a way of knowing is that if you do this, you rub your ear, your friction somewhere and you feel it and it is disgusting, you don't 'did not wash recently. "

But leave the Q-runs aside when you wash your ears, depending on the recommendations of the Cleveland Clinic. "Clean your ears with additional care "Said the medical center." Do not clean your ears with something smaller than a toilet glove or your finger. Do not use Q-Tips, Bobby pins or sharp point items to clean your ears. These objects can injure the ear canal or drum-eraille. ""

We all have an appreciation found for hand washing at the start of the cocovated pandemic, but Caudle says that people still do not clean their nails properly.

"The next thing is to make sure you wash, or rather rub, under your nails," she explains. "This is where a lot of dirt and rudeness are trapped - our nails. We don't think about it."

Moving further south, Caudle says you don't make legs as clean as you might be. "Yeah, I want you to wash your legs. I'm not talking about letting this soap pour your legs in the shower, I'm talking about washing, wash your legs please."

To complete the list of five parts of the body that you do not wash enough, there were toes. "You want to make sure that you prevent infections with many different kinds, so be sure to deliberately wash your toes - and the rest of your body, by the way!" Caudle notes at the end of the video.

Commentators quickly shared their thoughts.

Tiktors also mentioned other parts of the body commonly neglected in the comments section, including behind the knees, behind the neck and the upper back.
