Pretty Little Liars actor Ashley Benson has treated debilitating panic attacks.

Benson had frequent panic attacks for about two years.

"I had a crazy incident on the set: I had heart palpitations, and I thought I had a heart attack, so I passed out on the set and I became blue," said Benson. "The paramedics were there. She shared her advice to deal with anxiety.
"I try to take a nap of an hour. If I do not sleep, I found that I had a very bad anxiety," said BensonHealth. She also explained that part of the reason she trains is because "it canceled anxiety".
"I was on Xanax for a long time," she continued. "It helped, but I decided that I was going to be the medication by meditation, work, sleep, eat healthy and drink more water. I have this meditation application on my phone. I Use at least three times a week. There will be times when I will have [anxiety], but it is not a panic attack in its own right. It's just, as, for a few hours, I I have the impression of dying. I had a friend who was like that, like seven years. She would not leave her house, then she finally treated it. Anxiety is horrible.
