On July 15, the United States Food and Inspection Security Service (FSIS) published aHigh class 1 safety alert On a new reminder of food. According to the FSIS alert, Ready Dough Pizza Inc. in Hialeah, Florida, recalls more than 10,500 pounds of pizza products at the Pepperoni.

The FSIS said that the frozen pizza recalled was "produced without the benefit of the federal inspection". The agency discovered the problem when surveillance of routine, noting that pizza products ready for the dough did not have the USDA inspection brand and had been produced somewhere that were not inspected by the USDA.

As a result, the FSIS also found clear safety errors with frozen Cuban style pizza. "The product contains milk, wheat and soy, known allergens, [but] some products do not have an ingredient label and others had the bad ingredient label," warned the agency .

The FSIS warns consumers not to eat this pizza.

Despite the lack of federal inspection and labeling errors, the FSIS said that there had been no confirmed relationships of unwanted reactions due to the consumption of pizza pizza in pizza with ready pizza ready.
