What are the features of the learning of the zomers? What is their difference from other generations and will they be able to change the world?

Generation Z is striving to ensure that the information received is useful. An exciting presentation of information is also important for Zumers. Monotonously, deprived of emotions, the teacher’s speech will definitely not be interested in them. Interestingly, the worst of all is chemistry, mathematics and physics. It's all about the so -called clip thinking and inability to keep attention on complex material.

By the way, not only a speech, but also technologies can interest the zumors, but also technology. Video, audio and game formats make training much more fascinating. Schoolchildren and students are much more willing to do homework using Internet resources, while textbooks and paper encyclopedias fade into the background.

A few seconds are enough to the Zumer to evaluate how useful the information is. Unlike previous generations, they do not resort the material being studied. They rather develop the skill of rapidly searching for information. Zumers are not aimed at jesting the material - in the age of general digitalization, they can find the necessary information at any time.

Zumers, as we found out, are quite practical people. They do not particularly care about how teachers will appreciate their work - five or a deuce. The formal approach to learning only prevents their desire to move on. So parents should look for additional motivation methods. The worst option is to scold the child for unsatisfactory grades. This will only aggravate the situation, because there is always a risk of emotional burnout in the child.

Zumers are very appreciated by an individual approach to training and freedom of choice. Zumers do not like ready -made formulas and strategies. It is important for them to come to solving the problem on their own, this manifests their creativity. Another plus is that this is the only way they can get really practical knowledge. Zumers also value personalized training programs, so they do not mind studying at home outside the educational organization or remotely. In the lessons in a regular school, they are frankly bored.

Zumers adapt much faster to trends compared to previous generations that grew in a more conservative environment. In other words, they grow more open and tolerant of other people. This applies not only to relations in society. Thanks to the installation “there are no rules and prohibitions”, the Zumers quickly realize their potential in business.

Children of generation Z are interested not only in the usual subjects at school. The issues of ecology, global warming, and the economic crisis are interested in them no less. Greta Tunberg is a vivid example of this. Zumers, like practitioners, want to make decisions that really improve the life of mankind.
