You should never forget to wear this on a plane.


So many things go in creating perfect flight dress. For one, every item you put on your bodymust be comfortable And easy to move during aerial trips. Always use a sunscreen before flying.

You already know that you should wear solar screen every day (yes, even on the days when you stay inside). But did you know that the rule also applies to air travel? Proves, it does. Fortunately, it's easy to prevent sun damage in flight: Use a sunscreen. The dermatologists we consulted recommend you to apply a thin film of SPF 30 or more with UVA and UVB protection on all exposed areas of your body (reflect, arm, chest and neck) an hour before flying. Then apply a small amount every three hours after that.

If you have an acne-decorated skin, you will also want to take it into account, in particular because the cab pillows, sweat and dirt can trigger a thrust. If you want to take things a step further, try a moisturizing treatment. "Some of my patients tell me they bring moisturizing sheet masks to the plane," says HSU. "It's a topical method and can provide temporary hydration on the surface of the skin, but nothing beats the true body hydration." With SPF and a glass of water, you will be ready to hit the sky.
