"This wine is a ton of fun and perfect if you are looking for something interesting and different," says Cohen. "Although it's a natural wine, it always tastes like wine and not sour beer or kombucha!"
It recommends serving this wine - which comes from a shop and a family cellar in Paso Robles, California - slightly cooled, adding that it is a very drinkable option.

"The family of Madrigal has been one of the first Mexican families, if not the first, to settle in Napa Valley in the 1930s. They have grown in Napa for nearly 100 years," she explains. "In the 90's, they decided to do their own wine."
She describes this wine as "deep, dark and covering", adding that his great flavor would be well with the lamb or chocolate soufflé.

McCrossin has recently understood in a category of wine from Australia called "red registered".

It recommends this bottle of the Adelaide hills in South Australia, adding that it is actually "totally incasible".
