It turns out that some states have more productive employees than those who are, well, a little more lax. This is why the Weatthub Financial Services website has analyzed data to determine the states where people work the hardest and those who are the most involved.
According to the World Economic Forum, Americans work on average1.780 hours a year and only use54% of their benefits from the PTO. However, it is not true of all regions of the country. On the basis of the weighted value of these metrics, each state received a total score for the difficulty of working.
