Ingredients

1 lb of extra lean chopped beef (at least 90%)
3 spoons with black pepper marinade
1 teaspoon of salt kosher
4 Gluten-free muffins or hamburger breads, grilled
1 big tomato, cut into 1/2 inch slices
8 leaflets of lettuce bibb 2 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons of dijon mustard

instructions

• In a large bowl, mix the chopped beef, marinade black pepper, and salt, and let stand for 10 minutes.
• While the beef is marinating, light the barbecue or a pan over medium heat.
• Form the beef mixture in 4 cakes and grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. The center must be pink and juicy.
• Broadcast every grilled bread with 1/2 Ketchup soup spoon and 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
• Place a hamburger on each grilled hamburger roll background, and garnish with red tomato slices, 2 lettuce leaves, and a top burger.

To make the pepper black marinade

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of whole coriander seeds
2 tablespoons of whole black pepper
1/2 tablespoon whole cumin seeds
6 cloves of garlic, peeled
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled and slim cut
3 shallots, peeled and cut in thin slices
1/4 cup of virgin olive oil
1/4 cup of brown sugar

instructions

• Crush coriander seeds, pepper and cumin seeds in a spice mill or a clean coffee grinder up very well.
• Add other ingredients to a small culinary robot and reduce smooth puree. Add ground spices and processes to incorporate.
• Keep in a glass jar without BPA in the refrigerator or until one week.

Yield: 1 cup
Cooking time: 5 minutes
