It is the most dangerous little town of America, according to the data

Big cities are not the only precarious places in the United States.

Is there anything idealizedlife in a small town? For many people, the white fences, friendly neighbors and the main street bordered with picturesque boutiques of mom-and-pop paint the perfect image of the American dream. But in reality, small towns are not immune to problems; In fact, some arejust as threatening as the biggest cities. To know who, in particular, you should be aware, we calculate to find the smallest dangerous city in America.

First of all, we will clarify what we mean by "small town". For starters, we have focused our analysis on cities and small towns with populations ranging from 5,000 to 100,000 inhabitants. We narrowed the list at the top 25 of the 100 communes with thehighest rates of violent crime (As recorded by the FBI and assembled by new +), which was the most important factor in our danger index.

From there, we used FBI data for Crimes against property per capita, as well as the death rate in pedestrians by Congress District (as compiled by Smart Growth America 2019Most dangerous districts report) Finally, we took into account the unemployment rate by Congress District, according to theAmerican census office, Given the research showed that 1 percentChange of unemployment rate is usually found to increase the crime of the property up to 2 percent.

We then gave each one a metric weighted value before executing them by our exclusive algorithm to see how each small town has marked on our scale of 100 points danger index. Overall, the most dangerous small towns were massively in the Sun Belt and Midwest. And while we analyzed cities counting up to 100,000 people, the largest city on our list had 74,330 people; Most were much smaller, with 30,000 or less. Continue reading to know what a small town is the most dangerous in the country, and to see if in your state country on the list.
