If you end up getting sick, go a priority for immunity taking some vitamins. Dr. Oz suggests daily doses of zinc (80 mg), vitamin C(250 mg twice a day), Beta Glucan (250 mg) and Sunderberry (syrup or pellets four times a day for five days).
