It's a lot healthier than any other than you can order in a restaurant, and it always tastes as delicious.


Cheeseburgers are the all-American classic meal. We do not have to tell you that the Fast Food version is not the healthiest choice. Yet, as bad asFAST-FOOD BURGERS Maybe, they look like nutrition superstars when stacked next to sitting restaurants sitting. Most of the hamburgers toApplebee, Chile's, Ruby Tuesday,Returnand t.g.i. On Friday weigh to 1,000 calories or more before the massive mound offries It accompanies them invariably. The key to keeping calories is to find a lean but tasty beef cup (we love the swirl); using healthy and packaged condiments (for example, roasted chiles, not fried onion rings); and find a small fiber-rich bun for house creation. And that everything happens together in this choneburger recipe from Green Chile.

Serve 4

You will need

1 LB floods on the ground or chest
Black salt and pepper
1 grilled green hen (4 oz) (4 oz), drained and chopped (fresh chiles are even better. Grill the polers up to sparkle, then remove the skin, remove the seeds and cut.)
4 tranches of Swiss cheese
4 small breads (preferablyMartin's potato rolls)
4 slices of tomato thickness
4 medium slices red onions

How to do it

  1. Heat a grill, a grilling pan, orcast iron. Season the beef with salt and pepper. Form 4 cakes, be careful not to overload the meat.
  2. When the pan is hot, add the burgers. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes from the first side (until it is carbonized), then return and immediately high with a tablespoon of chiles and a slice of Switzerland.
  3. For rare medium hamburgers, keep cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, until the cakes are simply firm.
  4. Remove hamburgers and grill the rolls on the hot grill or pan.
  5. Dress the bottom of the rolls with the slices of tomatoes and onion, then up each with a hamburger.
